Devin Glaser


Devin Glaser is a civic gadfly, writer, teacher, and community activist born and raised in Seattle. His writing has appeared in the Seattle Gay News, Crosscut, and the Stranger and he was briefly the national face of Nintendo’s Wii Fit during the 2007 launch.


Devin holds a Masters in Public Administration from Seattle University, where he focused on technology and economic policy through a social justice lens. These passions combine in motivating him to work towards creating a publicly-owned internet utility in order to expand opportunity for all local residents.


Karen Toering

Karen is a veteran media justice organizer, cultural worker and consultant for non-profit arts and social justice organizations. She's served as Consulting Producer for Seattle’s Langston Hughes African American Film Festival and is the founder of the Gary International Black Film Festival in her hometown of Gary, IN. Karen is the proud mother of two amazing young activists, Hannah and Nicholas


Chris Webb

Chris is a Management Consultant and business owner based in Seattle. His management and entrepreneurial experience includes extensive work in the International Business and Information Technology sectors. His international business experience spans more than two decades, during which he traveled extensively throughout Europe, Africa, and Latin America. 


Chris has been a co-founder and worked for a range of small and medium sized firms throughout his career. His IT sector start-up experience includes having been co-founder of a privately held mobile micropayment firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  


In his current consulting work he specializes in Digital and IP Asset Strategy. His newest venture is Palmares Consulting Group, LLC, which supports his work as a Social Entrepreneur. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Information Science with a specialization in Information Economics, Management and Policy from the University of Michigan. 


Adam Doppelt

Adam Doppelt is a software engineer and serial entrepreneur. He co-founded Urbanspoon, the popular restaurant search app, as well as several other successful startups. Adam lives in Seattle with his wife and three young children.

Jeri Andrews

Jeri Andrews is an executive global leader in finance and tech as well as an active entrepreneur and investor.   She has spent her career building and contributing to high performing teams across the finance and technology sectors.


Jeri has held executive level roles at Xerox Corporation, Russell Investments and most recently, Intellectual Ventures.  A dedicated social change agent, Jeri frequently speaks on topics ranging from the necessity of creating innovate teams to unleashing the extraordinary possibilities of an organization through diversity.  She also hosts a variety of nonprofit events, such as Brandi Carlile’s Raise the Roof and Seattle’s 2017 International Women’s Day celebration at Seattle Town Hall.
