Who We Are
We are a grassroots group of Seattleites working to establish a city-owned internet utility. We are community organizers, artists, tech workers, and students. Our goal is equity. We want to expand Internet access to all Seattleites while improving speeds and lowering prices.
Devin Glaser is a civic gadfly, writer, teacher, and community activist born and raised in Seattle. His writing has appeared in the Seattle Gay News, Crosscut, and the Stranger and he was briefly the national face of Nintendo’s Wii Fit during the 2007 launch.
Devin holds a Masters in Public Administration from Seattle University, where he focused on technology and economic policy through a social justice lens. These passions combine in motivating him to work towards creating a publicly-owned internet utility in order to expand opportunity for all local residents.
